Autosource Group in Major International Collaboration with the German Giant Eucon

After a recently held top meeting at Eucon’s headquarters in Münster, Germany, the two companies have entered into a letter of intent for a diversified collaboration.

“The world is currently undergoing a major digital transformation, which means an increasing need for more and more user-friendly, lightweight, and automated solutions,” reports ASG’s owner and founder, Kent Bernstorf. “Something where we precisely have the strengths. This accelerates scalability and can help lift ASG towards internationalization,” he adds.

The ASG trio consists of Kent Bernstorf (Founder and CEO), Jonas Pasgaard Krogh (Development Director), and Jens Sørensen, who is the company’s chairman of the board. Together, they have realized the significant international agreement.

At the meeting in Münster, the lines were drawn for the upcoming areas of focus, which will likely elevate both Eucon and ASG on their further growth journey, resulting in a step-1 priority list. Eucon currently has over 400 employees and operates globally. The digital pioneer delivers tailored tools and digital solutions to the automotive sector, the insurance industry, and the real estate sector. An expert in the very largest.

ASG has 50+ employees and expects ongoing hiring of new employees, and they also anticipate ramping up even more digital future perspectives.

“We have decided to invest big time in development despite, of course, it costing money in the short term; but we can feel that what we will continuously offer on all of ASG’s platforms will have a significant impact on customers and thus also on ourselves,” emphasizes the chairman of the board, Jens Sørensen.

Over the next few months, a combined Eucon-ASG project group will be tasked with processing the agreed areas of focus – a group that will consist of top people from both involved companies.

“I am especially looking forward to being ASG’s coordinator on this gigantic collaboration,” concludes ASG’s Development Director, Jonas Pasgaard Krogh.

The two companies will now further fill the idea bank, after which everything will develop continuously.
